iCISA training on environmental audit from February 10th, to March 10th, 2018
Mr. Hocine BELFODHIL, judge in the Territorial Chamber of Oran and Mrs. Houria LEDRAA Senior Auditor took part in training on environmental auditing at the International Training Center of the Indian SAI (iCISA) in Noida, India during the period from February 10th to March 10th , 2018. This training is focused on the issues of sustainable development in the different sectors having strong articulations with regard to the environment. In this context, several audit approaches have been studied in the field of environmental audit in the form of workshops.
Workshop on Public Financial Management, organized by the Academy of Finance and Economics of Netherlands from 10th to 17th March 2018
Mr. Abdelkader KALOUCHE judge at the 1st Chamber participated in the workshop on the management of public finances, organized from 10th to 17th March 2018 by the Academy of Finance and Economics of Netherlands under the Dutch Ministry of Finance. This action is part of the Sharaka program, an initiative of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, aimed at contributing to development in the Arab region.
The training program focuses on the budget cycle (strategic planning, drafting the budge, execution and audit) as well as expenditure management. Just as it deals with aspects related to auditing and tax.
Training on the performance audit organized at the training center of the Moroccan Court of Auditors from 26th to 06th April 2018
A training course was organized by the Training Center of the Moroccan Court of Auditors on the performance audit from March 26th to April 6th, 2018. Financially, this training was sponsored by the African Development Bank. Mr. Belkacem OMRI, a judge in the 8th Chamber, took part in this training.
