1. IT audit workshop from February 4^th to 8^th, 2018

      As part of the Sharaka cooperation program between the Algerian Court of Auditors (CdC) and its Dutch counterpart (NCA), a workshop on IT auditing was held during the    period from February 4^th to 8^th, 2018.

     This workshop was led by two Dutch experts, in this case MM. Peter Pans and Paul NEELISSEN. The meeting was attended by the Court of Auditors:

• M’hamed MAHMOUDI, (judge in the 1^st Chamber, coordinator of the IT audit group)
• Khaled BELLALA, IT assistant director;
• Bilel BOURGHOUD (judge in the 1^st Chamber 7^th Chamber);
• Samia MAZARI (judge in the 1^st Chamber 2^nd Chamber);
• Mohamed BENDJEBAR, (Financial Auditor at the T.C of Blida).

     In addition to the work that was done at the headquarters of the Court of Auditors, study visits were carried out at the level of: the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, Technology and Digital (MPTTN), the Bank of France. The Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) and the Guarantee Fund of Public Procurement (CGMP).

2. Workshop on Performance Audit from 18th to 22nd February 2018

    As part of the Sharaka program with the Dutch SAI, a workshop was held at the Court of Auditors’ headquarters on «performance audit» during the period from February 18^th to 22^nd, 2018.

    This workshop was led by two experts, namely Ms. Lisanne Marles and Mr. Diny Van Est. In addition to Mr. Khouri Mohamed, President of the 5^th Chamber, the following judges participated:
